Advice from : John, Filida
Counting breaths work when you feel anxiety. I went to a yoga class and learned to listen to the difference breathing in and breathing out. I really concentrate on listening then count three breaths. I know I will feel a little calmer after breath number three. Most of the time it works to calm my anxiety.
