Air Fryer Pub-Style Burger

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 large leaves butter lettuce
  • 8 slices pickle

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine ground sirloin, salt, and pepper
  2. Form four patties
  3. Brush each with butter and then place into the air fryer basket
  4. Adjust the temperature to 380°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
  5. Flip the patties halfway through the cooking time for a medium burger
  6. Add an additional 3-5 minutes for well-done
  7. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and garlic powder
  8. Set aside
  9. Place each cooked burger on a lettuce leaf and top with onion ring, two pickles, and dollop of your prepared burger sauce
  10. Wrap another lettuce leaf around tightly to hold
  11. Serve warm
