Bulgur Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 2 To 3 Servings

  • 1½ cups bulgur
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Place the bulgur in a medium-sized bowl, and pour in the water
  2. Cover with a plate and leave alone for 30 minutes
  3. Fluff with a fork, stir in the olive oil and the salt, and it’s ready to serve
