Over 35s Men over 35 should complete 19.2 push ups in a 2 minute period and Women over 35 should complete 15.4 push ups in 2 minutes.

Over 60s Men over 60, should complete 21.6 push ups in 2 minutes with Women over 60 executing 17.3.
