Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
Makes about 3 cups
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup thick dairy-free milk or cream
Method
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth and creamy
- If the consistency is too thick, add a little more milk, a tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached
- Use a rubber spatula to scrape the frosting into a bowl
- Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days
