Cilantro-Tahini Dressing Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper


  1. Add all of the ingredients (except the cilantro) to a food processor or blender
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time (up to 3 tablespoons) until the mixture reaches the desired consistency
  3. Add the cilantro and pulse until you reach the desired amount of cilantro bits in the dressing
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper
