Try a Green Tea/Clay Mask. Natural pascalitic clay rich in zinc, calcium draws infections from the skin. Green tea, safflower and yeast extracts reduce inflammation and promote quick healing especially in cystic acne.

There are only 2 herbal treatments that have been clinically proven to help stop acne and in particular cystic acne, tea tree oil and green tea cream. Tea tree oil is a natural oil, from the Melaleuca alternifolia, a type of tea tree from Australia.
Cysts: An acne cyst can look similar to a nodule, but is pus-filled, often having a diameter of 5mm across. These cysts be painful. Scarring is common with Cystic Acne. Squeezing an acne cyst may make your acne worse.
When this type of acne becomes severe it is referred to as Nodular - Severe Cystic Acne
