What causes  Itchy Eyes?

1. Allergies can often cause redness and itching.

The conjunctiva is a clear, thin membrane that covers the white of the eye.

3. The common cold - occasionally. Vitamin C will help not only the itchy eyes but the cold itself.

Using bright light when you are trying to read may help lessen itchy eyes..
