Nodular Or Severe Cystic Acne
Advice from Gretta, Crossford : Make a paste by mixing 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on any area with nodular acne before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. Repeat for two weeks. Very useful for severe cystic acne and works quickly for light to moderate cystic acne.
Advice from Gretta, Crossford :Apply fresh mint juice over the face every night for the treatment of nodular or sever cystic acne. If effective can be repeated during the day for more sever acnes.

Cysts: An acne cyst can look similar to a nodule, but is pus-filled, often having a diameter of 5mm across. These cysts be painful. Scarring is common with Cystic Acne. Squeezing an acne cyst may make your acne worse.
