Ingredients
- 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 14 oz. diced tomatoes
- 4 oz. tomato paste
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 package of pasta
Method
- Start by seasoning chicken well with salt and pepper
- Add the rest of ingredients except the pasta
- Stir well to combine
- Cover and set crock pot on low for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours
- Serve over a bed of your favorite pasta
