Early Morning Juice Recipe

  • 1 large cucumber, chopped into chunks
  • 1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger
  • 2 small green apples, sliced into eighths
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 4 cups chopped kale
  • juice of 1 lemon


  1. Chop the veggies into 1- to 2-inch pieces to make it easier :For the juicer to masticate
  2. Add the ingredients alternately except :For the kale and lemon juice
  3. Add the kale to the juicer last, then squeeze in the lemon juice
  4. Divide the juice between two airtight bottles and store in the fridge
