Easy Berry Sauce Pressure Cooker Recipe


Makes about 2¼ cups

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur, such as Chambord


  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the berries with the sugar
  2. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature
  3. Pass through a sieve to remove the seeds; stir in the liqueur
  4. Refrigerate until serving; it will keep up to 3 days
