Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 cup hulled fresh strawberries
- 1 cup chilled fresh orange juice
- 1 frozen ripe banana, cut into chunks
Method
- In a blender food processor, combine the mango, strawberries and orange juice
- Blend until smooth
- Add the banana and blend until thick and creamy
- Serve immediately
