Ingredients
- 3/4 cup +1 tbsp water
- 2 cup white bread flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
Method
- It’s best with an extra knead, which my machine doesn’t have, so I turn it off after the first knead and restart it again.
