Ginger-Soy Dipping Sauce Recipe


Makes about 1 cup

  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons minced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice


  1. In a small bowl, combine the ginger, green onion and sugar
  2. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar and orange juice
  3. Set aside at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving or cover and refrigerate until ready to use
  4. Properly stored, the sauce will for 3 to 4 days
