Ingredients

  • 1 pound (455 g) extra-lean ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 508 g kidney beans, cooked or canned without salt
  • 480 g chickpeas, cooked or canned without salt
  • 280g yellow beans
  • 280g frozen lima beans
  • 1 cup (240 g) low-salt ketchup
  • 1 cup (225 g) brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp (11 g) prepared mustard

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
  2. Cover and simmer on high 2 to 3 hours
  3. Yield: 8 servings
  4. Per serving: 186 g water; 441 calories (22% from fat, 19% from protein, 59% from carb)
