Hash Brown and Pork Chop Casserole Ingredients

Casserole Hash Brown and Pork Chop Casserole

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 24 ounces frozen hashed browns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can durkee’s french-fried onions
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Method

  • Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and half the French-fried onions; mix well. Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Brown the pork chops in hot oil, in a skillet. Arrange them over the potato mixture. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
