Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 2 cups plain or vanilla soy milk or other dairy-free milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients over medium heat, stirring with a wire whisk until hot, about 5 minutes
- Do not boil
- Serve hot in cups or mugs
