Hot Coffee Mocha Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 2 to 4 servings

  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk or other dairy-free milk
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ground cinnamon

Method

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the coffee, soy milk and chocolate syrup over medium heat
  2. Cook, stirring constantly, until it is simmering
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla
  4. Pour into cups and top with a dash of cinnamon
  5. Serve immediately
