Keto Aloo Gobi Indian Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large Cauliflower
  • 1 small Potato
  • 1 small leek, incl green
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1″ piece Ginger
  • pinch Turmeric
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste Garam Masala

Method

  1. Make Masala with leek, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes.
  2. Add turmeric and spices.
  3. Break the cauliflower in flowerets
  4. Cut the potatoes into cubes (8 pieces each)
  5. Add both to Masala and lower heat to simmer.
  6. Cover the pot until the cauliflower and potatoes are coated.
  7. Aloo Gobi 4
  8. Serves four.
