Keto Caramel Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 36.

  • 1 cup butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • caramel sugar and sweetener to taste.
  • coarse ground sea salt.

Method

  1. Combine the butter and coconut oil in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the sour cream, heavy cream, caramel sugar, and sweetener and mix well with a whisk until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds, sprinkle with sea salt and place in the freezer.
  4. When the fat bombs become solid, remove from the mold.
  5. Store them in the fridge.
