Ingredients
Serves: 14.
- 5 ounces coconut oil
- 1 ounce cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated stevia, or sweetener of choice to taste
- 1 ounce walnut pieces
- 1 tablespoon tahini paste
Method
- Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add the chopped walnuts, cocoa powder, stevia and tahini paste.
- Mix well to combine.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Pour into a silicone mold or ice cube tray and place in the refrigerator until the candies have almost hardened.
- Top each of the candies with a half piece of walnut and place back in the fridge until completely hardened.
