Keto Curried Lamb Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (455 g) lean lamb, cut in
  • 1/2-inch (1.3-cm) cubes
  • 3 tablespoons (42 g) butter
  • 1 tablespoon (6 g) curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic 1 large onion salt and pepper

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat
  2. Add the curry powder and stir for a minute or so
  3. Add the garlic, onion, and lamb
  4. Saute, stirring frequently, for 7 minutes or until the lamb is cooked through
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve

Makes 3 servings

  1. Each with 5 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fiber, for a total of 4 grams of usable carbs and 31 grams of protein
