Keto Spicy Pumpkin Fat Bombs

Ingredients

Serves: 10.

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ cup pumpkin
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon clove
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • liquid Stevia to taste.

Method

  1. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and add to the butter.
  2. Mix well until light and creamy.
  3. Add the pumpkin and mix well until smooth.
  4. Whisk in the stevia and spices.
  5. Using a spoon, drop the mixture on the wax paper and chill for 15 minutes.
  6. Then remove from the fridge, form the chilled pieces into balls and place back in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
