Keto Ginger Stir-Fry Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons (30 to 45 ml) peanut oil or other bland oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 bag (1 pound, or 455 g) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon (6 g) grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce

Method

  1. Heat the peanut oil in a wok or heavy skillet over high heat
  2. Add the garlic and the broccoli and stir-fry for 7 to 10 minutes or until the broccoli is tender crisp
  3. Stir in the ginger and soy sauce, stir-fry for just another minute, and serve

Makes 4 servings

  1. Each with 7 grams of carbohydrates and 3 grams of fiber, for a total of 4 grams of usable carbs and 4 grams of protein
