Keto Greek Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

Yield: ¾ cup (180 ml) (2 tablespoons/30 ml per serving)

  • ½ cup (120 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dehydrated onion flakes
  • ¼ tablespoon ground black pepper

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together
  2. Transfer the dressing to a tightly sealed jar or bottle and refrigerate for an hour before serving so the flavors have time to combine and the dehydrated onions to rehydrate
  3. Refrigerate for up to 5 days
