Keto Stir-Fried Green Beans And Water Chestnuts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) oil
  • 2 cups (300 g) frozen green beans, thawed
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) canned water chestnuts, sliced or diced, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • guar or xanthan

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over high heat
  2. Add the green beans and water chestnuts and stir-fry until the green beans are tender-crisp
  3. Stir in the garlic, chicken broth, and soy sauce and let simmer for a couple of minutes; thicken the pan juices just a little with guar or xanthan and serve
