Ingredients
Makes about 1¼ cups
- ½ cup chilled heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared white horseradish
- 2 teaspoons freshly minced chives
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Method
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Grated zest of ½ lemon, for garnish
- In a medium bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream until almost stiff peaks form
- Slowly add the horseradish, chives, and lemon juice and continue to beat together
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Garnish the top with the lemon zest
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 2 hours and up to 2 days
