Lemony White Miso Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

Makes about 1/2 cup

  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine the miso paste, lemon juice, water, soy sauce, agave nectar and mustard, stirring until blended
  2. Stir in the grapeseed oil and sesame oil and blend until smooth
  3. Store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 2 to 3 days
