Ingredients
Makes about 1/2 cup
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the miso paste, lemon juice, water, soy sauce, agave nectar and mustard, stirring until blended
- Stir in the grapeseed oil and sesame oil and blend until smooth
- Store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 2 to 3 days
