Liver Pate Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. liverwurst, room temperature
  • 4 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp. dill pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle 1/4 cup finely chopped onions

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients well, then pour into a small oblong mold lined with Saran Wrap
  2. Chill in refrigerator for 24 hours
  3. Serve with woven wheat or Ritz crackers, or other fairly plain crackers
