Ingredients
- 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and cut
- into 6 strips
- 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and cut
- into 6 strips
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut
- into 6 strips
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
- 3 tablespoons shredded part-skim
- mozzarella cheese
Method
- Cut bell pepper strips crosswise in half.
- Place on ungreased broilerproof pie plate, 9 X 1-1/4 inches.
- Top with salsa, olives and cheese.
- Set oven control to broil.
- Broil with top 3 to 4 inches from heat about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
SERVINGS (6 NACHOS EACH) MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Place bell pepper pieces on microwavable plate.
- Top with salsa, olives and cheese.
- Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, rotating plate 1/4 turn after 1 minute, until cheese is melted.
