Low Fat Blackberry Peach Crisp

  • 2 cups blackberries*
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 cups sliced peaches or nectarines

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup regular oats
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 package frozen (16 ounces)
  • blackberries, thawed, and
  • 1 package frozen sliced (16 ounces)
  • peaches, thawed.
  • Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place blackberries in large bowl.
  • Sprinkle with cornstarch.
