Ingredients

  • 26 ounces tomato-basil pasta sauce
  • 1 cup finely chopped chopped cucumber

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 cups tomato juice
  • Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
