- 1 cup strawberries, cut in half
- 1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded
- and cut into 1-inch pieces, (about 2 cups)
- 1 kiwifruit, pared and thinly
- 1 starfruit, thinly sliced and
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 small jalapeno chili, seeded and
- finely chopped
- Toss all ingredients.
- Serve on salad greens if desired.
SERVINGS (ABOUT 1 CUP EACH).
- JALAPENO DRESSING Mix all ingredients.
