Fried Rice Manchurian Indian Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable ghee
  • 1/2 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup basmati rice

Method

  1. I’m not sure what Manchurian dishes have in common.

  3. Preparation and cooking time: 5-10 minutes.
  4. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the onion until just beginning to brown.
  5. Warm the rice and add to the pan.
  6. Toss around in the pan for a minute or two.
  7. Serve immediately.
