Ingredients

  • 15 mini phyllo tart shells
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
  2. Put phyllo tart shells in the baking dish and in each shell put one tsp of Swiss cheese and half a tsp of bacon
  3. Whisk egg, half-and-half, basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper lightly in a bowl and put tsp of this mixture in each shell
  4. Add contents to your baking dish
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the top of the quiche is lightly brown in color
