Mint Julep Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• 50ml Bourbon
• 10-12 fresh Mint leaves
• 10ml Gomme syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• mint sprig.

Method

1. Lightly muddle ingredients except Bourbon in mixing glass
2. Strain into glass half filled with crushed ice, add Bourbon, churn and refill with ice until full
