Mixed Lettuce Radish Snow Peas Yuzu Dressing Recipe


Makes 4 servings

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Japanese yuzu vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1/2 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 5 cups mixed lettuce leaves (torn or chopped if large)
  • 3 small white radishes, cut into 1/8-inch slices
  • 12 snow peas, trimmed, blanched and cut diagonally into thirds


  1. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, shallot, agave nectar, salt and pepper
  2. Whisk in the oil and taste, adjusting seasonings if necessary
  3. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, radishes and snow peas
  4. Add enough dressing to lightly coat
  5. Toss gently to combine and serve
