Mocha 475 Ml Brewed Coffee Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • heaping tablespoons (45 g) instant hot chocolate mix
  • cinnamon stick, broken into large pieces
  • 1 cup (235 ml) whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp (8 g) powdered sugar

Method

  1. Put coffee, hot chocolate mix, and cinnamon sticks into slow cooker
  2. Stir
  3. Cover and cook on high 1 to 2 hours or until very hot
  4. Discard cinnamon pieces
  5. Just before serving, pour the whipping cream into a chilled mixer bowl
  6. Beat cream on high speed until soft peaks form
  7. Fold sugar into whipped cream
  8. Beat again on high speed until stiff peaks form
  9. Ladle hot chocolate coffee into small cups
  10. Top each with a dollop of whipped cream
  11. Yield: 6 servings
  12. Per serving: 91 g water; 153 calories (39% from fat, 4% from protein, 57% from carb)
