Mocha Bundt Cake Recipe

• 1 package white cake mix
• 1 package instant chocolate pudding
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 2/3 cup vodka
• 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350:.
2. Grease and flour bundt cake pan, shaking out excess.
3. Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and beat thoroughly.
4. Pour into pan.
5. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 50-60 mins.
6. Let cool 5 minutes in pan, then invert onto rack.
7. Blend 1/4 cup coffee liqueur with powdered sugar in small bowl until smooth.
8. Drizzle evenly over warm cake.
