Air Fryer Pumpkin Spice Pecans Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1 cup whole pecans
  • 1/4 cup granular erythritol
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl until pecans are coated
  2. Place into the air fryer basket
  3. Adjust the temperature to 300°F and set the timer for 6 minutes
  4. Toss two to three times during cooking
  5. Allow to cool completely
  6. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days
