  • 2-4 lb. Country style pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Method

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl; stir.
  • Pour over ribs.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered then turn ribs over, recover, lower oven to 300 degrees, bake 1 hour more.
