Portuguese Pork Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 lbs. pork, cut into 2 inch cubes
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar or white wine
- 2 c. water
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. oil
Method
- Brown meat on both sides
- Cover 1/2 with liquid and seasoning
- Simmer on top of stove or oven medium heat, 3-4 hours
