Rosewater Lassi Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 1 or 2 servings

  • 1 cup vanilla vegan yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rosewater
  • 1/3 cup superfine sugar or agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup chilled plain or vanilla soy milk or other nondairy milk
  • 1/2 cup ice

Method

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the yogurt, rosewater and sugar and blend until smooth
  2. Add the soy milk and ice and blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Serve immediately
