Venison Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground venison
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 3 slices American Cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix together everything but cheese
- Mold into loaf and bake for 1 hour
- Turn off oven and place slices of cheese on top
- Melt cheese and serve
