Salmon Casserole Slow Cooker Recipe


  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsps (24 g) flour
  • 455g salmon, drained and flaked
  • ½ cup (80 g) chopped onion
  • 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) water
  • dash nutmeg


  1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
  2. Place half of the potatoes in slow cooker
  3. Sprinkle with half of the flour
  4. Cover with half the flaked salmon and then sprinkle with half the onion
  5. Repeat layers
  6. Combine soup and water; pour over top of potato and salmon mixture
  7. Sprinkle with just a dash of nutmeg
  8. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or until potatoes are tender
  9. Yield: 6 servings
  10. Per serving: 316 g water; 323 calories (15% from fat, 27% from protein, 58% from carb)
