Sauteed Pollock Seafood Recipe


  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 pound pollock fillets — thawed if necessary
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • lemon wedges.


  1. Combine flour, garlic salt and pepper
  2. Beat together egg and water
  3. Dip pollock in seasoned flour, then egg, then again in seasoned flour
  4. Saute in oil over medium heat about 5 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides and fillet flakes easily when tested with a fork
  5. Serve with lemon wedges
  6. This recipe yields 4 servings
