Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1 cup melted shortening
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 cup sweet milk

Method

  1. Flavoring to taste
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Roll dough and cut with cookie cutter.
  4. Sprinkle top with sugar.
  5. Bake.
