Ingredients
- 560g frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 450 g fat-free cottage cheese
- ½ cup (112 g) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1½ cups (173 g) cubed Cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup (175 ml) egg substitute
- ¼ cup (31 g) flour
Method
- Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into prepared slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 188 g water; 398 calories (63% from fat, 25% from protein, 11% from carb)
