  • 8 ounces silken tofu, pressed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • sea salt and black pepper


  1. Place the tofu on a plate lined with paper towels for 15 to 20 minutes to absorb excess water
  2. Place all of the ingredients, including the tofu, into a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth
  3. Enjoy and use in place of store-bought mayo
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 1 to 2 weeks
